Fulfillment & Exchange

Fulfillment

We fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order at any time by clicking on the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Exchange

We offer exchanges on all items within 30 days of purchase. To exchange an item, please email us at [your email address] with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

Once we have received your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you within 1-2 business days.

Please note that exchanges are only available for items that are in new and unworn condition with the original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
